This is simply not true!&nbsp;While lean meats can be fantastic sources of protein, beans and lentils offer quite a bit as nutritional value well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Healthy protein sources include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beans (Black, Pinto, Kidney, Lima)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lentils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black Eyed Peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chicken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fruits \/ Vegetables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As we\u2019ve all been told since a young age, fruits and vegetables are an important part of any diet.
